Standing at about 1000ft (just over 300m) the house sits 0.7 mile (1 km) high above the village of Dulnain Bridge which is just off the A95 road from Aviemore to Grantown on Spey. Being in the heart of Strathspey which again is in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, it is a wonderful base for the many outdoor activities and touring the Scottish Highlands. Our Bed & Breakfast is approx. 30 miles south of Inverness, and just over 60 miles north of Pitlochry. Our village has a post office / shop and a garage for motor repairs.
