Access Statement For Cliff Head Guest House, Blackpool

We are a family run Guest House that aims to cater for the needs of everyone who visits Cliff Head. We have 6 guest rooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor, and 3 on the first floor. All rooms are en-suite. A cot can be provided for use in most rooms.

The Cliff Head Guest House is situated on Queens Promenade, benefiting from flat ground, sea views and the illuminations.

There is off street parking for up to 4 cars and free roadside parking on both sides of the road for up to 6 cars.

Access into the Cliff Head Guest House is by our wheelchair friendly slope to the side of the property or via 3 small steps to the front of the property.

The main front door and inside door are both approximately 31 inches (79cm), giving plenty of space for wheelchair and pushchair access.

Once inside the Cliff head the hallway is well lit 24 hours a day. The ground floor is all one level, giving wheelchair access to 3 guest bedrooms, the dining room & bar, the lounge and a downstairs toilet.

On the ground floor we offer 3 guest rooms. A twin, a double and a family room. On the first floor we also offer 3 guest rooms. Two doubles and a family with 1 double & 2 single beds. Once inside the guestrooms, there are ‘hospitality trays’ with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, sugar and biscuits. Each guest room has a hair dryer, bedside cabinet/table, reading lamps, televisions with remotes, draws, wardrobes, bath and hand towels, complimentary shampoo, soap, shower gel, and shower caps.

To the front of the Cliff Head there is level decking with outside seating for up to 6 people, and a small lawn.

We are a non-smoking guest house.

Arrival time at the Cliff Head Guest House is 2pm and the departure time is 10:30am.

We do not take pets of any description,if any are found in the rooms the contract will be terminated immediately and a fee of £200.00 will be payable for the clean up process.


Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking guesthouse. Any Guests causing us suspicion of smoking in their rooms will be asked to leave and the booking will be cancelled with all charges due, plus a room cleaning/loss of revenue charge of up to 2 nights room rate.
