The Small Print

All accommodation is offered subject to availability. Deposits must be received within 3 working days of telephone confirmation bookings. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ personal property unless handed in for safe keeping. Accounts must be settled on day of arrival. Any Keys lost will result in a charge of £100.00 to cover costs of replacement locks to the guest house. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is party to that contract cause detriment to the well being of other guests. Cars are parked at owners risk. The hotel is a no smoking hotel, no exceptions.

Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking guest house. Any Guests causing us suspicion of smoking in their rooms will be asked to leave and the booking will be cancelled with all charges due, plus a room cleaning/loss of revenue charge of up to 2 nights room rate.
