Information

We are situated on the Queens Promenade, at the top of Cavendish road, about 10 minutes walk from Norbreck Castle and directly to the side of the Old Miners Home (now converted to flats). Tram and bus stops are located just outside, so local transport is excellent, bus passes outside Lancashire are acceptable to use on the local buses . We have a wireless internet connection available to residents, just ask for the passkey at reception. All our rooms are en-suite with sea views with 22 inch lcd TV/DVDs. When the illuminations are on, there is a wonderful view of the set pieces that are located in front of the Guest House. We are licensed to sell alcohol to residents only. We are only a small family run guest house and therefore do not take hen and stag parties.

Smoking policy:
We are a non-smoking guesthouse. Any Guests causing us suspicion of smoking in their rooms will be asked to leave and the booking will be cancelled with all charges due plus a room cleaning/loss of revenue charge of up to 2 nights room rate.
