After a windy windy and wild start to January, it has become a lot colder, with plenty of snow on the hills.

We are decorating inside and out to make everything fresh and really comfortable for our gusts this year. Looking forward so much to seeing many returning friends along with new faces.

Just past the TALLISKER DISTILLERY on SKYE is the most wonderful find!  The OYSTER SHED. This has a griddle for having delicious freshly cooked hot scallops. The guy will teach you haow to shuck oysters. You can buy all sorts of wonderful things to bring home for a special seafood dinner( In the garden if weather permits!)   Example = 2 cooked lobsters £20( 2014 price!!)  All our guests raved about it last year. In fact it is entirely due to guests that we have all discovered it.!
