An extra pic- Val preparing for the bbq.

    Today Collies and I went to Nostie beaches 1 mile away-who did we disturb -the sea eagle,sure he was up to no good. Often spotted here,and on the Avernish pennisular too.Also 10 days ago the local pair of golden eagles past over our house enroute to their hunting grounds behind Concha. Everyone in Dornie loves to see them thriving, though the sea gulls hate them with a vengence.

     A past guest who now lives nearby, has just opened her shop just after the Skye bridge called LES FLEURS, opening evening with cheeses and wine. It sells very carefully chosen  quality gifts,and also Jon Gibb's landscape photography,browse and enjoy with a coffee here.

    The whitely family coming back from U.S next month along with Elizabeth's mother too.
