Breakfast Menu

A healthy selection of cereals, muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit,

Freshly cooked home-made porridge,

Full Scottish breakfast - egg, bacon, sausage, black pudding, tomatoes, mushrooms/beans,

Local free-range eggs: scrambled, fried, boiled or poached.

Fruit juice, tea/coffee, toast/home-made bread/croissant.

Honey, marmite & home-made conserves.

Packed Lunch

2 freshly-filled rolls, apple/orange/banana, snack bar, home bake, crisps, flask of hot tea/coffee or carton of fruit juice.

Evening Meal

A variety of good home-cooked 2 or three course evening meals  including dessert, followed by tea/coffee.

Guests may purchase a bottle of wine to accompany their evening meal from a good selection at the local shop.

Hospitality Tray

A self-service Hospitality Tray with tea/coffee/herbal tea and biscuits is provided each day. Hot chocolate/ovaltine and home bakes are also provided for supper in the evening.
