Riverside House is a working family farm with a Beef Suckler Herd and situated next to the Steeping River  in Thorpe Culvert about 2 miles away from Wainfeet -All-Saints and 3 miles away from Burgh le Marsh and 8 miles away from Skegness.

Thorpe Culvert is only a small village but is well serviced by pub/restaurants such as The Three Tuns which is just over the road from us and The Holly Tree and the Barkham Arms  all with in a short walking distance along quiet country roads.

As well as the Steeping River there are local ponds stocked with course fish where anglers might like to try their skills such as Swan Lake Leisure just over the road from us .

Riverside House is only 15 minutes away by car from Skegness if you want to have a day out or sample the night life.  If you don't want to drive, then you can take the train from the little village train station  in Thorpe Culvert which takes you there via Wainfleet -All-Saints.

When you have tired of all the sight seeing  you might like to come back to our own gardens at Riverside House or take a stroll at your own leisure to one of the nearby inns and sample the local beer and quisine.

DEPOSIT CHEQUES PAYABLE TO M. A.  LENTON

BALANCE  PAYABLE EITHER TWO WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL (BY CHEQUE ) OR ON ARRIVAL (BY CASH).

IF BOOKING IS MADE LESS THAN 2 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL THE TOTAL AMOUNT FOR THE BOOKING IS REQUIRED IN CASH ON ARRIVAL.
