Welcome to Gisborne Bed and Breakfast
Originally The Cromarty Cottage Hospital, Gisborne is a historic place in which to rest your head whilst visiting Cromarty. The hospital opened in 1894 and closed in 1954. On the sea-front, it looks north over the Cromarty Firth towards Invergordon and Alness.
Gisborne Bed and Breakfast offers a warm welcome in comfortable and friendly surroundings.
In the evening you can relax in our large garden which looks over the sea, or take a stroll on the nearby beach to watch the magnificent sunsets over the Firth and Ben Wyvis.
Tea and Coffee-making facilities in each room. No smoking or pets. Ample car-parking on the property. Packed lunches available upon request.
About us
Gisborne Bed and Breakfast is quite unique as it is run by locals, Ewen and Rhona Garratt, who were both born in the hospital in the 1950s.
