From the buffet table:  fruit juices, cereals, compote of fresh or dried fruits, yoghurts etc

Cooked to order:  freshly made porridge using local "Spoff oatmeal"

Full Scottish breakfast (bacon, egg, sausage, black pudding, tomato and mushrooms/beans)   (Butcher items sourced from top butchers - Cockburns of Dingwall or Duncan Fraser, Inverness).  Organic eggs sourced from Balmungie Farm to the north of the village)

Our loungeSmoked west coast haddock with poached eggs (when available)

Tea/coffee, toast, croissants/local bakery/Cromarty bakery morning rolls and home-made conserves and local honey.
